OMG! So today was weigh-in day...& I guess as far as getting weighed, it went ok. I weighed what I thought & I guess that's a good thing, right? Hmmmm.......
Breakfast was good, so was lunch, & so was dinner. I think that my biggest problem with this is going to be snacks. I went into 7Eleven this afternoon and I desperatly wanted a candy bar....BUT I perservered and got some protein bar instead. Yay me!!! I need to find some good snacks & while I'm not trying a "diet" (I HATE that word!) I am trying to not do carbs after 7pm and limiting fats and sweets (my weekness!).
I took a walk today, nothing strenous but a walk nontheless. I am really thinking that I want to do an aqua-fit class (I know I'm not in my 60s but it looks fun!).
So...any ideas for snacks?
